90 Day “Strong, Fit, & Healthy For Life” Programs:

YOUR Foundation: Based on your current routines, habits, values, obstacles, challenges, and goals, we will create a PERSONALIZED program that teaches simple and sustainable skills to be strong, fit, and healthy for life.
- YOUR Optimization: After building your foundation, you have the option of continuing to work with Coach Benj for another 90 days (or more) to optimize your skills and add to your toolbox.
Most people will find that truly hard-wiring these new skills and habits will take six months to a year. While that might seem like a long time, remember this investment will last the rest of your life!
